Begin your work day by checking in with your most important ally for well-being: your breath. Sarah Jane will start with a refreshing breathing exercise, and then shift into a mindfulness meditation. During the meditation she teaches methods that will help calm and focus the mind.
As an opportunity to practice live with others, this session can serve as an ongoing anchor to a healthy weekly routine for the body-heart-mind, and even give you ideas for developing a simple self-led practice on other days.
