studio BE was pleased to host clinical psychologist and mindfulness instructor Dr. Tracey Meyers for a special free 45-minute webinar on "Mindful Reboarding: Creating a Mindful Workplace During Challenging Transitions" Wednesday, October 6th.

As the world wrestles with pandemic life, the reboarding process offers both a challenge and an opportunity for organizations to re-examine their workplace structures.

In this three-part webinar series, Dr. Meyers highlights strategies for returning to the office that are sensitive to both employee preferences and workplace productivity.

In this second webinar, which is designed especially for leaders, Dr. Meyers offers expertise on how to create a safe and stable workplace environment, whether your team has returned to the office, is operating in a hybrid model, or is still working remotely.

Dr. Meyers's perspectives particularly help employers recognize the psychological and behavioral health toll the past 15 months have particularly had on women, BIPOC communities, and other marginalized groups as they've navigated the competing demands of home, schooling, senior caregiving, and work.

If you missed the live webinar, we invite you to watch the whole workshop here:
