Join Rachel for this 60-minute Level 2/3 Firefly Flow. This thorough, no-nonsense vinyasa moves along at a nice clip. It's modeled after Rachel's usual go-to home practice and is designed to offer a complete flow in a short period of time. This practice features Tittibhasana (Firefly) as a challenge pose and is best suited for folks who are familiar with the basics of vinyasa. Be sure to unwind with a 5-7 minute savasana.

Let your breath drive your practice, feel free to modify (especially if you're pregnant, recovering from an injury, or new to yoga), skip vinyasas for a more mellow practice, and crank up some favorite background tunes.

Most importantly, remember to be gentle with yourself — and don't take yourself (or your yoga practice) too seriously.
