Join Rachel for this 30-minute beginner-friendly flow. We’ll ease into the morning by starting slowly on our backs, build up to some gentle vinyasas and simple twists, move onto standing forward folds, Triangle, Ardha Chandrasana, and finish with Bridge. The practice closes with a 3-minute seated meditation. Longtime practitioners will find plenty to love here, as well.
Let your breath drive your practice, feel free to modify (especially if you're pregnant, recovering from an injury, or new to yoga), skip vinyasas for a more mellow practice, and crank up some favorite background tunes.
Most importantly, remember to be gentle with yourself — and don't take yourself (or your yoga practice) too seriously.
